High Value Petroleum is the MasterCard Interchange Fee for a high value rewards card credit transaction.

Primary Qualifications:

• Cardholder and card present signature obtained single electronic authorization read & transmit complete magnetic stripe transaction settled within 1 day of authorization Banknet reference number and Banknet date required in clearing transaction. Sic code is 5541 or 5542.
• The sixth position of the approval code must be either an S” meaning participation in MasterCard High Value or “T” meaning participation in MasterCard High Value and MasterCard Product Graduation.
• $0.95 Cap
