GSA G2G is the Visa Interchange Rate for a GSA card transaction accepted at Merchant Category Code 9399 or 9402. Level 2 or 3 data is NOT required. However, a valid Visa assigned MVV is required.

• MCC 9399 (Government Services) or 9402 (Postal Services – Government Only)
• Visa assigned Merchant Verification Value
