Commercial Electronic Submission Interchange Category is the Discover Interchange Rate for a commercial credit transaction.

Primary Qualifications:

• Card Present and Card Not Present sales approved auth response transaction settled within 7 days of authorization for Passenger Transport MCCs; 2 days for Emerging Markets and Public Services MCCs; and 1 day for all other MCCs; STAN required in clearing transaction.
• Any MCC except for High Risk 5962 5966 5967.
• AVS is required for Card Not Present sales at any MCC except for Utilities Emerging Markets Public Services Hotel/Car Rentals and Passenger Transport.
