Scott Martin - Chief Executive Officer
Scott joined the TRX team in early 2018, and has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and thought leadership for the company. He has seen great success over a long career in a variety of roles, both in payments and related risk management roles. Most recently, Scott led a regional surety team for Hartford Insurance, and was responsible for the eastern division of that organization. Previous roles included leadership positions at Independent Corporate Underwriters, Electronic Payment Exchange, Reliance Surety Company and Dun & Bradstreet.
Scott holds a Masters of Business Administration from Rollins College, and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Shippensburg University.
Mark Scagliuso - Chief Financial Officer
Mark is responsible for all phases of the financial and administrative operations of the Company. Prior to TRX, he led his own consulting business, providing all phases of financial and management consulting, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions and forensic accounting services to clients. Mark also previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of OnePath Networks, and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting and Information Officer of the ANTEC Corporation (now Arris Interactive, LTD). Prior to joining ANTEC, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Keptel, Inc. His career began at Ernst & Young, where he worked with a wide range of clients from small start-ups to Fortune 100 Companies providing audit, tax and consulting services. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Accountancy from Rider University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife Kathy and is active in both local civic and professional organizations.
Michelle O'Neal - Vice President-Sales
Michelle has almost 20 years of payment processing experience in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility with each position. She leads the overall sales strategy and agent program for TRX. Prior to joining the TRX team, she served as a relationship manager for Card Systems, PayByTouch, Equity Commerce and Signapay. Earlier in her career, she started the Agent program for Moneris Solutions. Her career started with First Savings Bank in Illinois.
She enjoys being a cycle spin instructor, and lives in Palatine, Illinois with her son and two daughters.
Michael Cirino - ISV and Direct Sales
Michael has over 30 years of progressive experience in technology solutions sales, and more recently a specific concentration in payments processing that includes integrated capabilities. He leads efforts focused on identifying and developing enterprise technology partnerships that provide seamless payments processing to end-user customers, as well as supporting direct sales needs for a growing base looking to enhance their payments capabilities. Michael takes a full-service view on his responsibilities, and works closely with internal account and implementation teams for efficient rollouts. He works out of the West Conshohocken office, and resides in Collegeville, PA.
