Purchasing Card Level II Data Rate

Purchasing Card Level II Data Rate is the Visa Interchange rate for a purchasing card type credit transaction.

Primary Qualifications:

• Transaction taken on a purchasing card that meets CPS criteria and has level II data supplied.
• Tax exempt transactions are not eligible for this program.
• Sales tax must be non-zero and between 0.1% and 22% of the transaction amount.
